Mrs. Vickie Lynn Wagers Brumley, age 50 of Oneida, KY was born in Clay County, KY on May 17, 1976 to the late Hughie and Bessie Smith Wagers and departed this life on September 1, 2026 in the University of Kentucky Hospital.
In addition to her parents: Hughie and Bessie Wagers; her loving husband: Michael Brumley; 2 sons: Johnny Brumley, and Kyle Michael Sizemore; a sister: Berniece Wagers; and a granddaughter: Tessa Leann Michell Brumley preceded her in death.
Vickie is survived by her loving children: Sarah Brumley and Dustin, James Brumley, Michael Brumley, Trinity Sizemore, and Sierra Sizemore; 3 brothers: Ricky Smith, Dewey Wagers and wife Ashley, and Hughie Wagers and wife Courtney; special sister in law: Billie Jean Wagers; special aunt: Berniece Napier; 7 grandchildren: Landon Gibson, Leland Gibson, Laylah Gibson, Legend Gibson, Weston Brumley, Liam Smith, Ray Lynn Collett; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Vickie Wagers will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Manchester Chapel on Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 12:30 pm with Rev. Paul Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Brush Harbor Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home Manchester Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received in the Barbourville funeral Home Manchester Chapel on Saturday from 6:00 pm to the funeral hour on Sunday.
