Mr. Victor Mills, Jr., age 71 was born in Barbourville, KY on July 23, 1955 to the late Victor Mills, Sr. and Viola Bargo Mills and departed this life on September 26, 2026 at his home.
In addition to his parents Victor and Viola Mills; father and mother-in-law: Clifford and Silvia Warren; 2 special friends: Noe Warren, and R.N. Mills; 4 sisters: Brenda Mills, Ann Liford, Doris Jean Smith, and Beatrice Mills; and 1 great grandchild: infant Messer preceded him in death.
Victor is survived by his loving wife: Mae Warren Mills; a daughter: Tammy Mills; a brother: Denver Mills; a sister: Mildred Smith; Special friends: Ernest Mills and wife, Teddy Bingham, Doyle Bingham, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Carnes, John Wayne Smith and wife Penny, Clarence Warren and wife Patsy, James Davis, Jeremy Mills, Junior Mills, 3 grandchildren: McKenzie Messer, Braxton Mills, and Austin Messer; and Donnie Mills; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Mr. Victor Mills, Jr. will be conducted in the Jeff’s Creek Baptist Church on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm with Rev., Charles Carnes and Rev. Gilbert Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Warren Carness Cemetery with Austin Messer, James Davis, Connor Mills, Matt Perkins, Jordan Price and Blake Stivers serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Jeffs Creek Baptist Church from 6:00 pm Wednesday to the funeral hour at 2 on Friday.
