Mrs. Sherry Smith Peace, age 62 of Corbin was born on July 11,1964 to the late Grant and Chrissie Smith and departed this life on September 7, 2026 at her home.
In addition to her parents: Grant and Chrissie Smith; 3 brothers: Henry Smith, Enoch Smith and Donnie Smith preceded her in death.
Sherry is survived by her husband: Donald Peace; her children: Felicia Peace and Matthew Peace; a sister: Barbara McQueen; 3 brothers: Charles Smith, Tommy Smith, and Michael Smith; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Sherry Peace will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on September 17, 2026 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Steve Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in the Peaceful Acres Cemetery with family and friends to serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 12 Noon to the funeral hour at 3.
