Betty Sue Hubbard age 65, of Manchester, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Advent Health in Manchester.
Betty was born on January 7, 1961, in Manchester, Kentucky to the late T.J and Ruth Jackson.
Along with her parents T.J and Ruth, Betty was also preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Willie Ray Hubbard, one brother, R.J Jackson, and three sisters, Sue Ellen Karr, Donna Burns and Freda Jackson.
Betty leaves behind six children, Missy Hubbard and husband Willis, Johnathan Jackson and wife Britney, Monica Jackson and husband Clayton, Billy Ray Hubbard and wife Jacqueline, Justin Hubbard and Brian Hubbard, 13 grandchildren, Christian, Dawson, Hunter, Dominic, Analise, Nick, Rocky, Ryan, Gavin, Jaythen, Raelynn, Jaden, and Drake, four great-grandchildren, one brother, Eugene Jackson, three sisters, Barbara Alonzo, Carolyn Jackson, and Norma Wombles, along with numerous nieces and nephews, and other family and friends to miss her and to mourn her passing.
A graveside service for Betty Sue Hubbard will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 2:00 P.M in the T.J Jackson Cemetery. Pastor Mark Bowling will be officiating.
The family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Mrs. Hubbard’s memory at The Barbourville Funeral Home.
