Knox Co. Grand Jury returns indictments for April 2025

The Knox County Grand Jury returned the following indictments on Friday, April 25, 2025:
James Alan Mann, 45, Gray, Ky. — One count, Assault in the Second Degree; Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.
Anna Jean Siler, 41, Gray, Ky. — One count, Assault in the Second Degree
Adam Gray, 36, Barbourville, Ky. — One count, Flagrant Non Support.
Adam Gray, 36, Barbourville, Ky. — One count, Flagrant Non Support.
Nancy Ann Salyer, 40, Corbin, Ky. — One count, Flagrant Non Support.
Brittany Spencer, 39, Barbourville, Ky. — One count, Flagrant Non Support.
Steven Wayne Coulter, 32, Hinkle, Ky. — One count, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card of $1,000 or More, But Less Than $10,000.
Lauren Paige Ritchie, 21, Bimble, Ky. — One count, Criminal Abuse in the Second Degree of a child less than 12 years of age, and wantonly placing child in danger of death or serious physical injury
Trent Douglas Ritchie, 31, Bimble, Ky. — One count, Criminal Abuse in the Second Degree of a child less than 12 years of age, and wantonly placing child in danger of death or serious physical injury; One count, Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree by Possession of a Controlled Substance; Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree by Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Avery Fang, 32, Corbin, Ky. — One count, Criminal Abuse in the First Degree of a child less than 12 years of age, and intentionally placing child in danger of death or serious physical injury and or cruel confinement; one count, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor by engaging in illegal activity while in the presence of minor.
Ashley Anderson, 28, Barbourville, Ky. — One count, Criminal Abuse in the First Degree of a child less than 12 years of age, and intentionally placing child in danger of death or serious physical injury and or cruel confinement; one count, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor by engaging in illegal activity while in the presence of minor.
An indictment is not a conviction, but rather a formal charge or accusation of a crime.
