Mrs. Teresa Ann Mills, age 61 of Barbourville was born in Knox County, KY on March 2, 1965 to the late Denver and Gladys Rose Mills and departed this life on October 13, 2026 at her home. She was a member of Cornerstone Church of God.
In addition to her parents: Denver and Gladys Mills; a son: Charles Robert Mills; a brother: Denver Brown; and a sister: Brenda Honeycutt preceded her in death.
Teresa is survived by her loving children: Debbie Lowe and husband Tristian; Patricia Jordan and fiancé Jason McVey, Brenda Shupe and husband Brandon Shupe and Joe Carter, and Stephanie Mills; 4 brothers: Ricky Mills and wife Amy, John Mills, Harold Mills and wife Rhonda, and Denver Mills; 4 sisters: Debbie Shields, Wanda Hammons, Ida Mason, and Norma Brannon and husband David; 16 grandchildren: Enoch Shupe and wife Lisa, Heavenly Shupe and husband Austin, Ariauna Shupe and husband Jacob, Brandon Shupe, Kyra Newkirk, Gabriel Shupe, Kadance Newkirk, Elza Shupe, Shay Napier, Charles Newkirk, Dallas Warren, Dwayne Warren, Karissa Newkirk, Deandra Mills, Desirae Tye, and Destiny Tye; 6 great grandchildren: Rynlee Bow, Blakley Messer, Gracie Smith, Charlene Smith, Redson Mills, and Weston Messer; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Teresa Ann Mills will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 12:00 Noon with Rev. Les Broughton officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. The Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday from 6 to 9 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to the funeral hour at Noon.
