Funeral services for Linda Faye Smallwood will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 12 P.M. at The Barbourville Funeral Home Manchester Chapel. Brother Ryan Smith will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Penn Smallwood cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 6:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M in The Barbourville Funeral Home Manchester Chapel.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Linda Faye Smallwood age 70, of Manchester, Kentucky, departed this life on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Advent Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky. She was of the Holiness faith.
Linda was born on November 28, 1955, in Redbird, Kentucky to the late Warren and Mary Ann Smith Wagers.
Along with her parents Warren and Mary Ann Wagers, Linda was also preceded in death by two children, Marsha Smallwood and Tabitha Smallwood; two brothers, Darrell Wagers and Kenny Wagers; two brothers-in-law, Robert Smallwood and Ricky Smith.
Linda leaves behind her husband of over 50 years, James Smallwood; Children, Tina Smith and husband Bobby; and Amanda Smallwood, and a special friend Misty, three grandchildren, Nathan Smith and Kaitlyn; Chandler Smith and McKenzie Holland; and Jayden Smith, , a loyal friend to the family for over 25 years; Charlotte Jones, one brother; Warren Jr. Wagers and Joyce; nine sisters; Elaine Johnson and Darrell, Lisa Campbell, Kathy Smith, Glenda Smallwood, Sandra Brock, Loretta Barrett, Sue and Kaleb Collett, Tammy Hubbard and Brenda Wagers, a host of nieces and nephews; along with other relatives and friends that will miss her and mourn her passing.
