Mrs. Debbie Ross, 67, of Barbourville, passed away Thursday morning, April 9, 2026 at Baptist Health Corbin. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Edith Chavies.
A memorial service will be conducted in the Conway Boatman Chapel on the campus of Union Commonwealth University Friday, April 17 at 2 P.M.
Friends may visit at the chapel after 12 Noon until the service time.
