David Allen Mullins, age 43, of Flat Lick, Kentucky departed this life on Monday, March 30, 2026, at his home.
David was born on August 17, 1998, in Pineville, Kentucky to the late David Merida and Carolyn Mullins Johnson. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
Along with his parents, David and Carolyn, David was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Helton and Barbara.
David leaves behind his fiancé Hope, six children, David Allen Mullins Jr (fiancé Michael Partin), Austin Dakota Mullins (fiancé Amy), Alex James Michael Mullins, Justin Mullins, Nick Mullins and James Michael Allen Sturdivant, one granddaughter, Ava Mullins, one brother, David Clint Merida, a sister, Sammie Joe, a favorite Aunt, Teresa Allen, and a favorite Uncle, Scotty Mullins, a special cousin Joey Mullins (Hanah) and their son Isaiah, along with other relatives and friends to miss him and to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for David Allen Mullins will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 1:00 P.M in the chapel of The Barbourville Funeral Home. Pastor Jeff Tingle will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Cubbage Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M until the time of service at 1:00 P.M.
Family and Friends will service as pallbearers.
