Carolyn Marie Reynolds, age 47, of Corbin, Kentucky, departed this life on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Carolyn was born on April 2, 1979, in Lexington, Kentucky to Darrell Reynolds and Ethel Spurlock Cobb. She was of the Holiness faith.
Along with her father Darrell Reynolds, Carolyn is also preceded in death by one son, Jerome Sebastian Cole.
Carolyn leaves behind her mother, Ethel Spurlock (Curtis), one daughter, Destinee Reynolds, a granddaughter yet to be born, Paisley Griffith, a brother, Timothy Reynolds, two sisters, Renee Hammons, and Shelia Estes (Olin), numerous nieces and nephews, and other family and friends to miss her and to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Carolyn Marie Reynolds will be conducted on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., in the chapel of The Barbourville Funeral Home. Pastor Terry Broughton will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Reynolds Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M until the time of service at 2:00 P.M at the funeral home.
The family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
