My name is Kerigan Brown. Along with my mom, Morgan Brown, we run Kerigan’s Little Cat Rescue here in Knox County. We have been running our rescue for 6 years.
I’m writing you to address some major Animal Welfare concerns. I started my rescue when I was 12 years old. I’m now 18 and we are more than ready to fight for a change. Animal Welfare is something that’s always been pushed to the back of people’s mind.
We see these issues everyday and I know everyone else does too. It’s time to start acting like it.
My goal is to start up some low cost spay and neuter clinics funded by the county. The county has funding and we need to set aside an account for this cause.
I would love your support on this journey.
