Barbourville High School student David Abner is the winner of the monologue contest held by the University of Kentucky Theatre and Dance Department. His monologue will be performed at the KTA State Festival at the University of Kentucky. Abner recently spent two days attending workshops at UK with the Department of Theatre and Dance.
