On April 6, Deputy Carl Frith arrested David Jordon, 52, of Barbourville, on a Knox County Bench warrant for failure to pay fines on Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On April 7, Deputies Mikey Ashurst and Keith Liford received a call regarding the location, of stolen property from the theft, of a purse located at a residence on 2417 in the east Corbin area, of Knox County. After arriving at the residence and conducted an investigation, deputies were able to recover the victim’s driver’s license, medical card and social security card. Keresia Botner, 42, of Corbin was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property Under $500. Keresia Botner was also wanted on a Shelby County Bench warrant for Bond Violation on charges, of Possession, of Controlled Substance 1st Degree/Methamphetamine and Possession, of Drug Paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
