Juvenile tied up and held; four arrested for imprisonment

For suspects were arrested for allegedly tying a juvenile to a chair and and holding him against his will.

According to KSP Public Information Officer Shane Jacobs, 18-year old Hunter West, 36-year-old Edward Murphy, 30-year-old Sharon Newmon, all of Barbourville, and 40-year-old Melissa Mills of Artemus, all were arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment.The content you are trying to view is available only to subscribers.
