Angel Cats go undefeated

Coach pitch for the Lynn Camp Summer League came to an end on Saturday, July 30 with the Angel Cats as the season Champions.


The Angel Cats were ranked as the number one seed with an undefeated 10-0 record going into game one against the Mystery Cats. The Angel Cats got the win, 9-2, in five innings.

The Bat Cats earned the Runner-Up title in the Lynn Camp Summer Softball League.

Game two was between seed two, Bat Cats, and seed three, Ponytail Express.

Ponytail Express took the lead with two runs in the top of the first, but the Bat Cats answered with four runs. The Bat Cats took the victory, 10-2.

The Angel Cats and Bat Cats faced off in the championship game as the two most winningest teams of the season.

The Angel Cats did not let up on the Bat Cats and held them to no runs.

 

The Angel Cats won 8-0 earning the title as the coach pitch Champions.

The Lynn Camp Summer League had a great season with 135 participants this year, which is a lot of progress from the first season with only 38.

The Mystery Cats received fourth place in the league.
