Daniel Boone Festival Queen
Makayla Messer – Makayla is the daughter of Rhonda and Terry Stanton of Barbourville. Makayla attends Knox Central High School where she is a member of the Beta Club. Her hobbies include cheerleading and hanging out with her friends and family. Makayla’s future plans are to attend college and become a lawyer.


Daniel Boone Festival Princess
Ailee Bargo – Ailee is the daughter of Regina and Tim Bargo of Girdler. Ailee attends Girdler Elementary where she is a member of First Priority, the basketball team and a cheerleader. Her hobbies include cheering, basketball, ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics and spending time with her family and friends. Ailee’s future plans are to become a pediatrician.

Miss Kentucky Rifle
Paije Tye – Paije is the daughter of Winston Tye and Stephanie Tye of Barbourville. Paije attends Barbourville High School where she is a member of the Beta Club and the varsity softball team. Her hobbies include softball and hanging out with her family and friends. Paije’s future plans are to attend college and become an NICU nurse and later advance to an emergency flight nurse.

Miss Congeniality
Kelsea King – Kelsey is the daughter of Sandra and Jeff King of Barbourville. Kelsey attends Knox Central High School where she is a member of FFA, Beta Club, and drama. Her hobbies include being with her family and friends because that is what is most important to her. Kelsey’s future plans are to attend college and become a veterinarian.

Miniature Queen
Karington Corbin – Karington is the daughter of Donnie and Cindy Corbin of Barbourville. Karington attends Barbourville Elementary School where she is enjoying being in kindergarten and being on the Little Tigers Dance Team. Her hobbies include gymnastics, cheerleading, riding her bike and playing with her friends. Karington’s future plans are to become a UK cheerleader and a hair stylist.

Miniature King
Drew Farmer – Drew is the son of Bill and Anita Farmer of Barbourville. He attends Jesse D. Lay Elementary School where he enjoys working in the learning labs, playing on the playground and going to the lunchroom for snack. Drew’s hobbies include collecting cars, staying in hotels and driving his Dodge to Mawmaw’s house. Drew’s future plans are to learn to ride his bicycle without training wheels, going back to Disneyworld and finishing kindergarten. He wants to grow up to be a “car seller.”

Runners-up
Miss Wilderness Road is Caroline Evans – Caroline is the daughter of Brian and Teresa Evans of Barbourville. Caroline attends Jesse D. Lay Elementary School where she is on the academic team the basketball team, softball team and tennis team. Her hobbies include all types of sports and reading. Caroline’s future plans are to attend UCLA and to become a lawyer.
Miss Pioneer is Vilia Travers – Vilia is the daughter of Blair Skidmore and Jennifer Travers of Barbourville. Vilia attends Barbourville Elementary School where she is a member of the dance team. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, drawing and traveling. Vilia’s future plans are to become a dancer. Master Pioneer is Colt Alexander – Colt is the son of Chad and Melissa Alexander of Barbourville. Colt attends Girdler Elementary School where he loves kindergarten and playing with his friends. His hobbies include riding his toy gator and playing with tractors and emergency vehicles. Colt’s future plans change day to day, but he rally wants to be a preacher and a rock star.
